Caroline Collier
CEO

Caroline has led Inclusion Barnet, award winning DDPO (Deaf and Disabled Persons’ Organisation) and its forerunner, now Inclusion Unlimited, since November 2010.

She draws from her background as a Chartered Librarian, writer and editor, and from her own lived experience, to deliver user led services for disabled people. Caroline also holds a BA in English Literature and an MA in The Word and Visual Imagination.

Caroline sits on the steering group of the Disability Benefits Consortium, and currently chairs the Voluntary Community Social Enterprise (VCSE) Alliance for North Central London.

Caroline says:

"The thing that really motivates me professionally is my belief in disability rights and the power of lived experience. This means that I really want all our staff, Inclusion Barnet staff and Inclusion Unlimited consultants alike, to utilise their valuable skills for the benefit of our clients by bringing their whole selves – lived experience and all - to work.”
