Lesley Linley

Lesley has worked in learning and people development for over 20 years. Her background includes work within the financial services, the voluntary sector and the NHS. She is a Lead Trainer for the Self-Management Resource Centre programmes and runs both group and 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring in self management.

"I'm passionate about enabling people to live their life their way, especially alongside any health conditions they have. To me, using lived experience means learning and sharing with each other. This can include our stories, our successes, our failures and what we have learned from them. It is a two-way exchange that can help both parties."
