Marie's career has focused on the field of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (E,D&I) working in disability, inclusive and Paralympic sport. Holding a Masters’ in Disability Studies has led to work on inclusive policy at the Department for Education and work as the Director for a social enterprise.
