Rebecca Sare

Rebecca joined Inclusion Barnet when Barnet Voice for Mental Health became a part of the charity in October 2017. Along with Caroline, Rebecca played a key role in developing Inclusion Unlimited into a consultancy based on the power of lived experience and the learnings from heading up a successful user-led charity.

Rebecca's background is in global advertising, communications and client management. As a practicing psychotherapist, she uses her relational and analytical expertise to lead on quality at IU and turning reflective theory into effective practice.

I'm passionate about the power of peer support and developing a greater understanding of how co-production can be effectively utilised to improve the quality of services across the UK."
